diet (1)

This morning I weigh 60KG (but the scale is off, it should have been 65KG)!

So I thought I should start on a serious diet.

Breakfast: 1 half boiled egg + black coffee

Lunch: 1 mandarin orange + milo

Dinner: rice + toufu + steamed egg + vege

Supper: Shandy + sesame balls

Tonight I dare not weigh myself...
